What We Offer
Layout & structural changes
Removing walls, relocating plumbing and gas, adding an island or a pantry — including the engineering and permits a load-bearing change requires.
Custom & semi-custom cabinetry
From stock upgrades to full custom builds, specified to your storage habits and installed level, plumb and scribed to real walls.
Countertops & backsplash
Granite, quartz and marble templated after cabinets are set, so seams and overhangs land where they should. Tile and slab backsplash installed to match.
Plumbing & electrical
New supply and drain lines, dedicated appliance circuits, code-required GFCI and under-cabinet power — inspected and signed off by your village.
Lighting design
Task, ambient and accent layers planned before the ceiling closes, so cans, pendants and under-cabinet runs are where the work actually happens.
Flooring & finish carpentry
Hardwood, tile or LVP run correctly into adjoining rooms, plus trim, toe kicks and crown that make new cabinets look built in.

Itemized scope & contract
Labor, materials, demolition and disposal priced line by line, not one mystery number. Payment terms and warranty are in the written contract.
Design & selections
Bring your own designer, use our architects and designers, or choose everything yourself. Selections are scheduled ahead so lead times never stall the site.
Permits & scheduling
We pull and manage building, plumbing and electrical permits with your village — typically 1–2 weeks — and hand you a written schedule before demo day.
The build, owner-supervised
Long-standing trade partners working in sequence under daily owner supervision. Your client portal shows the schedule, change orders and current balance.
Walkthrough & warranty
We walk the finished job together, close out every punch-list item, hand over manufacturer paperwork, and your written workmanship warranty starts. Our commitment never expires.

You choose and purchase the finish materials; we specify what is needed, schedule it against the build, and install it. Listed openly so nothing on your final invoice is a surprise.

Our project turned out better than we expected and as things were going along, we added more projects. Patryk, Greg and their team did a fantastic job. They were always so nice to work with, even suggesting things which was helpful. They never left a project until they thought it was perfect. We did a full kitchen remodel, even closing off a window to move a fridge and pantry to the other side to allow more cabinets and much needed counter space. They widen the entrance and the kitchen seems so much bigger. We think it’s Beautiful! They did laminated floors throughout the first floor, painted all walls and new baseboards. They created a wine bar which was just a cubby hole. They put in a pantry like cubby hole in our laundry room and added cabinets and above wall unit. One of the projects we had them add is new wooden stairs to the 2nd floor, white spindles and railing that curves instead of a wall and laminate floors on the 2nd floor. Other odd and ends that they never hesitated to do. We appreciate all they have done in our home, To us, it’s amazing how nice it is and how it should have been all the years we have lived here. Its exciting to show it off, it feels like a new house. These guys are amazing and would definately recommend them to anyone. Very reliable and easy to get in contact with when needed.
