A unique pocket of Schaumburg plays by different rules: the Olde Schaumburg Centre overlay district, established in 1978 around the Schaumburg and Roselle Road intersection, aims to preserve the character of what began in the 1840s as the farming settlement of Sarah's Grove.

These original Campanelli homes, predominantly ranches and split-levels, alongside later subdivisions such as Sheffield Park and townhome communities like Nantucket Cove, represent the bulk of our remodeling projects. Contractors must hold a Schaumburg contractor's business license before a permit is issued, and remodel permit fees run 1% of construction value.
