GS Construction is a reliable contractor who did top quality work at a reasonable price. We completed a first floor remodel (kitchen renovation with wall removal, half bath remodel, new hardwood floors, updated laundry room) which required carpenters, plumbers, hvac and painters. Many firms sell the job, then subcontract every trade. Ask who performs each trade, who supervises them on site each day, and whose warranty covers the finished work — one company's, or five subs'.

Is the estimate itemized?

Who pulls the permits?
