Mark B's Kitchen Remodeling Review in Lake Zurich, IL

We hired Greg & Patryk's GS Construction in August 2017 (recommended by our designer) to remodel our kitchen from the ground up, and have never had as positive an experience with any contractor, ever. We knew we felt comfortable with them from the moment that they came in to do the estimate (super nice guys; always pleasant to deal with), and their work was uniformly excellent, professional, on-time and without any nasty cost surprises. Greg and Patryk are truly client-oriented, and made sure at every decision point that things would be done in a way that would make us happy. They flexibly incorporated change orders that we invented during the middle of the project (like wallpaper instead of just painting) and still managed to finish everything prior to the agreed deadline. The excellence of their work extended from them to every other professional they brought onto the job -- from exquisitely skilled carpenters doing finely detailed work in odd spaces to heating pros to electricians to a fantastic team of paper hangers. Greg/Patryk also went above and beyond in several respects, for example working (no extra charge) on a plumbing issue in the ceiling over the kitchen even though the leak they discovered had nothing to do with their work. Going forward, we would only consider additional projects in our home when GS Construction is available to work on them!
