Greg & Patryk are a dream team. My husband and I have hired them for numerous projects on our home in Lincoln Park and we could not be happier with the results. We had an excellent experience working with GS Construction on our primary bedroom and bathroom renovation. From the very beginning, they were incredibly thorough and transparent in outlining the scope of work, budget, and timeline. Everything was clearly communicated upfront, and they delivered exactly what they promised. When new things inevitably popped up during construction, we discussed our options and associated costs before proceeding. Throughout the project, Greg, Caesar, and Patryk were proactive, responsive, and easy to communicate with. They were always available to answer our questions, address any concerns, and kept us informed every step of the way. When we had follow-up questions after the renovation was complete, they were just as responsive and addressed our concerns quickly. We also really appreciated the care they took with our home. They went above and beyond to protect our living space during construction and did a fantastic job cleaning up afterward, which made the entire process much less stressful. Most importantly, the quality of their work is outstanding. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail are evident in every aspect of the finished project.
